We are adding biographies and photos of each AVG member of
the Flying Tigers Association

This is a project that will be on-going and we will put up biographies as they are completed.  Have a favorite Flying Tiger that you would like to write their biography to be posted on the site?    Simply click here for the printable  biography form ,  complete and send back by email attachment to:    AVG historian  and also attach a photo if you have one.

The Flying Tigers Association is made up of all members of the American Volunteer Group (AVG) serving in China under General Claire Chennault and employed by contract with the Central Aircraft Manufacturing Company (CAMCO).  AVG must have completed their CAMCO contracts and received an Honorable Discharge as of July 4, 1942 when the Flying Tigers were officially disbanded  to be members of the Flying Tigers Association.

Web Editor's note: A complete roster of all AVG personnel, members and non-members of the Association, may be viewed at:
CAMCO/Complete Roster of all Members of the
American Volunteer Group

Don't see the Flying Tiger you're looking for? Maybe they served in China with the 14th Air Force after the Flying Tigers were officially disbanded.  Click for a link to their website.
